* Consider to start only after you've adapted to the constant and acrobatic use of the virtual reality equipment. This means you would be at the point where you are proficient at swiftly moving around your marked playspace without losing balance or erratically bouncing into its boundaries and not experience any symptoms of dizziness, headaches, confusion, or nausea. 
* If you aren't able to perform two pull-ups in a row, an additional physiological preparation would be required (consult trainers/staff in our community for further guidance).
